1. Return Eligibility

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you may return it within 30 days of receiving your item, subject to the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
  • Personalized or custom-made items cannot be returned or refunded, unless defective.
  • Earrings are non-returnable due to hygiene reasons.

2. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please email us at [email protected] with the following information:

  • Full name
  • Order number
  • Reason for return
  • Photos (if item is damaged or defective)

We will provide return instructions, including the return address.


3. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance.
  • We are not responsible for returns lost in transit.

4. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • If the item was received damaged or incorrect, we will cover return shipping and issue a full refund or replacement.

5. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you would like a different item, please return your original item for a refund and place a new order.


6. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrived damaged or you received the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos. We will gladly send a replacement or issue a full refund.


7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  • Check your bank account again.
  • Contact your credit card company (it may take some time before your refund is officially posted).
  • Contact your bank. There is often processing time before a refund is posted.
  • If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at [email protected].

8. Non-Returnable Items

  • Gift cards
  • Final sale or clearance items
  • Custom or engraved jewelry
  • Worn or damaged items due to misuse
